1971 Porsche 911T

Available now is our 1971 Porsche 911T. Originally finished in Sepia Brown, this 911T was later re-finished in fresh PPG Blue Metallic and has been the recipient of extensive time, effort, and investment to create a well-sorted driver. The chassis shows no evidence of rust or accidents, providing a strong foundation for the mechanical and cosmetic work that has been carried out. Under the rear deck sits a 1970 2.2 T-spec engine (6106974) paired with an early magnesium-case 915 gearbox. The engine features PMO 40 carburetors, a fresh top end with new valve guides and springs, rebuilt ignition components from Partsklassik, a new wiring harness and ignition transformer, and a Carrera front oil cooler setup. The gearbox was fully disassembled and rebuilt with new synchros, bearings, seals, and properly set up with Porsche factory tools by a veteran transmission specialist. The suspension has been upgraded with Carrera rear trailing arms, an aluminum front crossmember, and new torsion bars (25mm front, 30mm rear). All suspension bushings have been replaced, many with Elephant Racing components, along with new wheel bearings for added stability. Inside, the car has been refurbished with a new headliner, dash, and a refreshed interior throughout. While not an original example, this 911 offers a well-executed blend of classic character and thoughtful updates.
