Accessibility

Everyone should be able to shop, sell and consign with Selten, online or in person.

Our commitment

Selten Automotive wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

  • Every page is built with proper headings, labels and landmarks, and works with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to content" link is the first thing on every page.
  • Text and buttons meet color contrast guidelines, and every car photo has a text description.
  • Form fields are labeled, and errors are announced to screen readers.
  • Animations and background videos turn off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion. The background videos are decorative and have no sound.
  • We test pages with automated accessibility checks and by hand whenever the site changes.
